How to book a room as a user

Book a Room

Create Bookings: Easily book available spaces for yourself or on behalf of other users by selecting the desired date, time, and space.


1      Click on the "Office" tab to access the floorplan.

2     Select the desired date and time for your booking.



3     Perform an advanced search by clicking the drop-down arrow to refine your search based on the following criteria:

a)       Recurrent bookings: Easily schedule and book recurring meetings or events.

b)      Resources (devices) available: Access a wide range of resources to enhance your meetings.

c)       Capacity of each room: Ensure the room can accommodate the right number of participants.

d)      Type of room: Choose from various room types tailored to your requirements.



    Click the search button to proceed.

5     In the Navigation Panel on the left, search for the room you'd like to book.

6     Click the "Book" button next to the desired room.

7    Alternatively, you can select the room directly on the floorplan itself.

8     Once you've selected the room, proceed to fill out the necessary details in the booking form, such as attendees and meeting description.

9     If it's a virtual meeting, include the MS Teams invitation link in the message box.

10  Choose the level of information disclosure:

a)       Secret: No details of the meeting are viewable.

b)      Confidential: Only the organizer's information is viewable.

c)       Public: All elements of the meeting are viewable to everyone.

11  Review the details and click the "Book" button to confirm your reservation.

12  To share the booking, copy the link provided and share it with others.
