Install the Gaia Workspace Outlook add-in

You will need an office365 account with administrative access to visit https://admin.microsoft.com

 

1.  Please click “Show all” on the left side, and then click “Settings”





2. Click on Settings  -  Integrated apps




3. Click on Upload custom apps



4.  Select “Provide link to manifest file”, and enter the following link: https://eu.gaiaworkspace.com/manifest.xml

  Then, please click “Validate”

  Note: If it fails and pops up “manifest file here”, you will need to cancel and try again.




5. After successfully validating, click “Next”. Then you can assign users who can use this. 




6. After assigning users, you need to “Accept permissions”. This is used for SSO users to log in. 



7.  After accepting permissions, you can proceed to next step “finish deployment”

Note: After the deployment is successful, you will see a pop-up message. It can take up to 6 hours for the app to appear in Outlook.
